Couples looking for a decent stay

The room was clean and surprisingly spacious for an older place, liked the big desk for work. Also, the shower was really nice, felt like a much fancier hotel than expected.

It wasn't cheap, but it was acceptable.

The bed was extremely comfortable. the room wasn't fully cleaned.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, especially Sierra at the front desk, who ensured my stay was pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and featured a modern bathroom. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for my business needs, providing easy access to freeways and local dining options along Ventura Blvd.

The air conditioning unit was quite noisy at night.

The King Room with Sofa Bed offered a comfortable and spacious retreat, with the standout feature being the exceptionally soft pillows. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, providing an inviting atmosphere. Despite a bit of noise from the heat/AC unit, the cleanliness of the room and the proximity to various dining options left a positive impression. The complimentary breakfast with home-made muffins was a delightful touch.

The Courtyard Los Angeles Sherman Oaks is very welcoming, with clean and well-maintained common areas. I particularly enjoyed the spacious lobby and the friendly staff, who were always ready to assist with anything I needed during my stay.

Overall my stay was good. The gym was impressive, almost like a mini gym except just for treadmills. Plus, the rooftop pool area looked really nice. The location is super convenient for exploring nearby restaurants and shopping. I loved the spacious suite we had, especially the comfy beds. It felt like a little home away from home!

Unfortunately, the sliding glass doors in the room felt outdated, reminiscent of the '80s, and the noise from the nearby freeways made it difficult to catch some quality sleep, even with earplugs. The bed was way too soft, lacking support which made for an uncomfortable experience after three nights. I also noticed a general lack of cleaning—small items like toothpicks left on the floor can lead to accidents, and the absence of basic toiletries was a letdown. Lastly, for the price point, the lack of complimentary breakfast feels like a missed opportunity, especially in a market where that is fairly standard.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed hiking nearby trails and hit up some theme parks for thrills. The hotel had a comfy setup, great beds, and awesome views of hills. The restaurant food was surprisingly good. Plus, the location was perfect for shopping and getting around. Definitely recommend it for a fun group getaway!

The only downside was the fitness center—it felt small and outdated, which was a bit frustrating during peak hours.

This place suits me perfectly! The free wi-fi and 24-hour reception are great. I appreciate the fitness center and snack bar too. The staff even helped me with an insect bite on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I had an amazing experience with the staff during my stay as well. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and worry-free stay! I'm coming back for a city break.

We had a wonderful experience during our visit. The staff exceeded our expectations, promptly fixing a maintenance issue in our bathroom. The location was ideal, close to delightful restaurants. Make sure to check out the local dining options for a taste of the area!
